“l’ve always said food is very simple, because it is - if you want to stuff a cherry tomato I’d say go for it. I’ve never got all these expensive restaurants that sell you a concept and hardly any food, but it’s also a ritual, a life blood that is passed down though generations and venerated because of it, maybe we attach more emotion to those things than anything else, but if the next generation doesn’t add to the mix and move it forward it’s going to atrify.”
